I positively absolutely despise the vampires are in-slayers are out storyline. I hate the fact that the world now knows about the supernatural, and not only do they know but they think vampire's are in "chique"?? And vampy-cats? R u kidding me? Everything else is pretty umm, pretty scattered, nothing is falling into place at all. Hopefully Issue 30 will put everything into prospective.

I'm hoping that Simone will live after this issue because I want to see how she would go up against Faith. I mean Faith used to believe everything that Simone believes in now -- so Faith can either talk Simone out of doing the wrong thing because of her own experience or they will have a groosome fight to the death. Me personally, I'd rather my first idea because that way Faith won't feel like a villain, Buffy didn't kill anyone nor did Faith, and we wouldn't have a repeat of No Future For You. I CAN'T WAIT!! Maybe Faith could do a little bit of an asswhooping before talking sense to Simone. I really like 'swing-first think later' Faith... I'm all for non-murderous Faith, and would hate to see another slayer die at her hand. I agree, if Simone gets killed by Faith, that would be horrible for her. I don't know what Faith might do...

I think that maybe Giles and Andrew are concerning this as well, or maybe...they started this whole thing, and couldn't finish it. It was a little suspicous that Giles wouldn't at least help Angel save Fred just b/c he was now working for Wolfram & Hart, and buffy or willow would not have gone for that shit. Maybe this is why Giles is now mentoring Faith, and has strayed away from Buffy...b/c he knows Buffy's in for it. And maybe that is what Giles meant when he said he "was the Watcher's Council", perhaps the other remaining Watchers are behind Twilight. And he was the only actual Watcher, watching the slayer, left. I really don't think Twilight's, Oz...I would be really pissed and shocked if it turned out to be him, that would be completely straying away from Oz's character, even though we haven't seen him in years, and don't know how he's changed. What I mean is, would Oz actually be this much of a mastermind, anyway? Could he have come to the conclusion that Buffy and the slayer army need to be stopped, and could he have gathered all of this various random people who have no affiliation to one another (Riley, Amy, Warren, Rayne...) under himself? And even though he is a werewolf, Oz could absolutely not woop Buffy and Satsu's ass as he did in A Beautiful Sunset, even if he had some magickal or mystical upgrade, I don't think he wouldn't even want to. :upset: :vampirebite: :buffyslay:

I hope that he is a double agent. That he actually believes Buffy has crossed the line this time, and has messed with the grand design, and wants to put an end to the Slayer army.
I have absolutely positively no idea who Twilight might be, but I'm starting to think it might not even be a person from the past...but ont he other hand, they wouldn't be making that big of a deal on his identity if it wasn't. I've Got a Theory (hehe) that it might be Adam? and some poeple on the Buffy tv.com forum says they think it's Caleb back, but I doubt it.
Maybe its...BUFFYS DAD!

It seems to me that Willow is not evil, but she is trying to right a wrong or fix something that went horribly wrong in the past because of Buffy.
Now I'm torn as to wether Willow was just in another dimension for 200 years or if she is just immortal, all I know is that she probably has a good reason for wanting to kill Fray and Buffy...and we will figure that out when the time comes.
now the "princess" line, I think is just a metaphor. There's no prince, it's just a metaphor stating that Buffy is leaving the past to come to the future, plain and simple.

I, personally was very excited because I thought it was Dru. But then it was Willow and I was disappointed. I was also dissapointed...Why has Willow returned to her wicked ways?

I even think Buffy is in some kind of way Twilight herself... I've discussed this allready and nobody wanted to listen:P:P:P See the facts... She steals money She declares war to human race Sche kills enemies very boldly...even if they help her... She knows how she fights herself... She is the most unexpected betrayer... It would be brilliant... I can't imagine a genious concept will become so bad that they even need old Big Bads to come back. It will be clear very soon: Willow is not Dark Willow...Willow is the only good one in future...the only one who wants to rewrite history... a bad-Buffy history... Good Theory. Perhaps Willow is not unstable as we think. she's just trying to fight for the greater good and rewrite a wrong.

I trust the writers to not go too far-fetched with the idea. BTW should the supernatural already be exposed seeing as how L.A. has gone to hell?
I just wonder how the supernatural world will be exposed.

I agree. They can cohabitate in the same continuity but I don't want Fray to sway what happens to Buffy in the end, but make it so that Mel is still activated as the Slayer in the future.

First off like faithswatcher said I would have a few panels foreshadow, very discreetly, about season 9. I heart foreshadowing. Anyway I would start getting to the main focus of the story whether it be about magic ending, twilight, Dawn or whatever. I want to start to see things come together. Even if it is just for a few comics I want to learn more about what is going on. I'd get rid of some of the extra Slayers. There are too many and its starting to ruin the story a bit for me. Or since the Slayers were all killed(if I was writing the story)in the castle have the rest of them break away from Buffy, blaming her for their incompetence. At the end of ti all I would have it all be about Buffy. Have it that Twilight or whoever the final big bad of this season is just cares about Buffy. I would have a scene with every character(Faith, Giles, all the Slayers, EVERYONE)and have the big bad totally ignore them and show that Buffy is the only one that matters. I'm tired of this being called Buffy and having 25443243 other people who are as strong(er) as her. For season 9, if it is the final one, I would have Buffy alone for a bit away from her friends. Have her really grow and when she comes back she shows them the great leader she is meant to be. Have her be an even better fighter, wiser, etc but still be Buffy deep down. Then by the end of season 9 have her have a boyfriend who STAYS! Whether it be Spike, Angel or someone else. I love your Idea of having Buffy being away from her friends in Season 9, I really want Buffy away from her friends, so that she can grow and stop depending on them. Travel around the world, maybe to other dimensions. Then she returns, and has stopped baking, She's Cookies. She returns and something big's going down. Giles and Faith are back. Faith has grown and she and buffy do some bonding. I don't know if Wood should return, maybe that's enough regular characters. I want Andrew to come out, obviously. I want Buffy to find out that her Slayers rely/think of Xander as their leader more than her. And fights to get her role and her respect back. I want Drusilla to return with more power than she had when we last saw her.

Maybe the power of the Slayer will betray her because she upset the balance between good and evil? Too far-fetched? Actually I understand you. The Power of the Slayer betraying her...ummm I think it's a bit reachy but it might happen...perhaps..

I think some people are very confused. Fray is canon. Always has been. and Fray rocks.. I love it. Not sure about the ending of magic thing, but seems like it didn't stick anyway with Fray fighting vampires in the future. I trust Joss. I agree with you. Joss WILL NOT let us down with an ending that just ENDS everything. Something will always be left open. And I agree that Fray IS canon, and should STAY canon, I'm not a HUGE fan of Fray, but I like it, and obviously it is canon since their have a crossover issue. Just because Buffy (or someone else,w/e) will be ending magicks, doesn't mean the series would have to end with her doing the deed. :vampirebite:

Since I read Fray 2 months ago I now think twighlight will suceed but magic will start to fade away slowly rather than dissapear all at once. Willow and Dawn will use the power of the key to seal away the essence of magic (use the power of the key for good, like the Monks said) but willow will have to close the portal from the inside (it's her hand in Fray). Season 8 finale. Season 9 Amy's power will start to fade and warren will die and she'll step into willows magic shoes. The reason there has been no follow ups to Fray is because it will give too much buffy stuff away. After Hoff tried to open the portal Willow pop out and fray will find her. As magic is beginning to return so will willows power, while it does she will become Fray's watcher and get it on with frays older cop sister. Well thats what I want. I completely agree with you. I like where your going with this. But what do you mean Amy steps into Willow's shoes? I hope you don't mean she replaces her? I love how Willow becomes Fray's new watcher, I like that match and Will in a relationship with Erin...love it. I hope (even though we're not even half-way through with S.8) that the show doesn't end with magicks being erased completely OR with Buffy dying. All i Know is I can't wait for this arc.

I really can't see Willow going down the dark path again. I mean maybe she might have to make a few magickal choices, but I don't think she'll go evil, maybe she'll HAVE to do things she won't want to do, but not go Dark Willow again...she's "Big All-Powerful Earth Mother Witch Goddess" aka "White Willow" now.
